Leony - Tour 2025

Leony is one of the most sought-after artists in Germany - with her singles "Faded Love" and "Remedy" she topped the German airplay charts for eight weeks each. "Remedy" also conquered the airplay charts in Switzerland, France, Austria, Finland, Romania and climbed to #5 in the Official German Sales Charts.

In 2022, Leony was also nominated for an MTV EMA in the category "Best German Act", as well as for the 1Live-Krone in the categories "Best Artist", "Best Song (Remedy)" and "Best Hip-Hop/R&B Song (Follow with Kontra K and Sido)". She has also been a judge on the anniversary season of "Deutschland sucht den Superstar" since January 2023.
At the age of 26, Leony already has more than 1 billion streams worldwide and has worked with the likes of Alan Walker, Felix Jaehn, Steve Aoki, Sam Feldt, Dimitri Vegas, VIZE, Masked Wolf, Niklas Dee, AVAION, Pascal Letoublon, Kontra K, Sido, Joker Bra, Tokio Hotel, Dieter Bohlen, FiNCH, Katja Krasavice, Alex Christensen and many more.

Leony (born 25.06.1997) was born and raised in a small village in Bavaria together with her parents and two older brothers. She developed an interest in music at an early age and took piano and guitar lessons. Leony (born Leonie Burger) soon realized that her biggest dream was to one day perform her own songs on the biggest stages and pursue her passion for music.

Growing up at a time when technology was developing faster than ever before, she started uploading cover versions of her favorite songs to YouTube at the young age of 14 together with two friends from the area. The videos quickly attracted a lot of attention. A short time later, the three of them were contacted by a talent scout from a German casting show to be broadcast on RTL. By taking part in "Rising Star", Leony was able to gain her first insights into the music industry. The fact that the three ultimately left the show as winners once again underlines Leony's singing talent.

Her path then took her through many songwriting sessions around the globe: from Stockholm to London, Norway and Los Angeles. Finally, she landed in Berlin, where Leony met Vitali Zestovskih at the beginning of 2019 and everything changed.
The two immediately clicked and had the same musical ideas. A short time later, she moved to Berlin and released her first solo single on Kontor Records. Vitali became her new manager, co-writer and producer. As one of the hottest German producers, he knew how to showcase her voice and get the best out of Leony. As a result, they sat together in the studio every day, writing and producing songs - and that is still the case today.

Leony was awarded gold in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for her singles "Faded Love" and "Remedy". The single "Far Away From Home" (with Sam Feldt and VIZE) was Song of the Year in the Netherlands and also achieved gold status in Germany, "Paradise" (with VIZE & Joker Bra) was recently awarded platinum in Germany, triple platinum in Austria and gold in Switzerland.

However, Leony not only celebrates great success with her own singles but also shines as a songwriter for other artists. For example, she was a songwriter on the mega-hit "Never Let Me Down" by VIZE & Tom Gregory. The song received gold and platinum awards in Germany, Canada, Poland, Austria and Switzerland. She also co-wrote the VIZE & Tokio Hotel single "White Lies", which has also been certified gold.

Leony said:
"It's the most beautiful thing to be able to make music every day with your best friends and it's the greatest privilege for me to be able to do what I love most every day."

In 2023, she took part as a judge in the anniversary season of "Deutschland sucht den Superstar" and thrilled an audience of millions.
In the same year, she released her debut album "Somewhere In Between", which immediately entered the top 20 of the German album charts. This was followed by her first headlining tour, which was a complete success.
Last year, Leony was also honored with the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards and the Radio Regenbogen Awards, among others.

At the beginning of March 2024, Leony released her solo single "Simple Life", in which she was happy to explore new paths in terms of sound.
This single was also part of her second headlining tour, which took her to a total of 15 cities from mid-March.

Now the next big milestone in her career is on the horizon. Together with the Italian dance trio Meduza (known for "Bad Memories") and the American band OneRepublic ("Apologize"), she is contributing the official song for the 2024 European Football Championship. The European Championship will take place from June 14 to July 14 in various cities in Germany.

2024 will be Leony's year!
