Linie 2: Radiomusiken

The SWR Symphony Orchestra performs works by Pavel Haas, Hanns Eisler, Walter Braunfels and Ernst Toch together with members of the SWR Vokalensemble at the Wizemann under the direction of Christian Reif. Lydia Jeschke will present the concert.

Christian Reif conducts the SWR Symphony Orchestra and members of the SWR Vokalensemble. Together they will perform works by Pavel Haas ("Radio Overture" op. 11), Hanns Eisler ("An den kleinen Radioapparat"), Walter Braunfels ("Divertimento for Radio Orchestra" op. 42) and Ernst Toch ("Bunte Suite" for orchestra op. 48). Lydia Jeschke moderates the concert.

Duration: approx. 90 minutes. Teaching materials for selected concerts are available free of charge at schulmusik-online.de 6 weeks before the concert.
