MEN'S EVENING... not just for women! A fun-filled ghost train ride through the essence of man.
What would a man be without a woman? Not there! But what if the man is there and the woman is gone? It's a question that Tom suddenly has to ask himself one evening. But this time his Heike hasn't kicked him out. Why would he? Let her CAVEMAN put on bacon and rust in the cave they share. After all, there's still a lot for them to discover and explore in the outside world - snowboard instructor Giovanni has obviously prepared a very appealing study program...
Meanwhile, the courage of desperation drives Tom on a two-hour expedition deep into the realm of men, where he encounters a veritable cabinet of curiosities: His old dumbass buddy Jörg, a "Dessdossderrron"-spouting personal trainer and, unfortunately, once again the pedantic Mr. Papa. But even Womanizer Helmut, a singing telegram or the Monday circle of "hormones" can't disguise the fact that seven beers may replace a schnitzel, but seven men are no substitute for a woman. So will there be a happy ending for Tom and his Heike after all?
With "Männerabend", the cult comedy CAVEMAN finds its equally original and quick-witted sequel. And like its stage brother, the play juggles with common role clichés in a refreshingly funny way - without becoming flat. The two actors shine as the eternal heroes of relationship work in a free play of male diversity. An evening in which the women learn more about the opposite sex than the men would like!
Men's evening. You can't do without it!
