91 percent of Germans (ManPower 2017) long for appreciation, praise and recognition at work. But unfortunately, it seems that companies, bosses and managers don't know how to quench their employees' thirst. Employees resign out of frustration and bosses become cynical or aggressive out of silent despair at their unmotivated colleagues. A vicious circle develops: the employee longs for appreciation - doesn't get it - reduces his commitment - boss praises even less - employee is even more frustrated - boss gets even grumpier...

More appreciation in the relationship!
In relationships, one of the two people often believes they "invest more in the relationship" than the other and expects "love", thanks and recognition in return. This real or perceived imbalance and the unfulfilled demand for respect, appreciation and love corrodes the relationship from the inside out. Many couples then live in a "perceived hell" of bitterness and hatred.
