Mit mir nicht! - Sicherheitstraining für Frauen in Heslach

There are always situations in everyday life in which women feel uncomfortable or even threatened, especially when they are out and about alone. "Not with me!" is a self-assertion course designed to help here. The course is run in Heslach by a conflict trainer and a police officer.

With the "Not with me!" project, a self-assertion course, the municipal crime prevention department of the city of Stuttgart wants to help women to better assess dangerous situations and act appropriately. The aim is to strengthen self-confidence and show alternative courses of action.
