Nachtschwärmerkonzert - Rosamunde goes electric

The Nachtschwärmer concerts combine the jazz club BIX with the Stuttgart Philharmonic Orchestra. This is about composed and improvised music, music for classical symphony symphony orchestra or jazz trio, for string quartet and jazz jazz quartet - and about different listening cultures.

Based on Schubert's melodies from Rosamunde and Braunstein's modern arrangement, the musicians, who have known each other for many years through their extremely successful work with Obi Jennes' "Soul Diamonds", will draw a line to the Beatles and Jimi Hendrix, one of Dany Labana's great role models. The focus will be on improvising on well-known pieces and Guy Braunstein's violin will be added in the second part of the late night, providing special moments with exciting collective improvisations.

As a rule, the Gustav-Siegle-Haus will be open from 18:00. The BIX gastronomy offers drinks and snacks. A "support band" with students from the Stuttgart University of Music and Performing Arts will get guests in the mood from 19:30 in the foyer of the house. At 8:30 pm, the event continues in the main hall of the Gustav-Siegle-Haus with the Stuttgart Philharmonic Orchestra, later the BIX will once again be the venue for music in a relaxed jazz club atmosphere.
