Experience the diversity of the competition designs and the winning design for the major artistic project in Stuttgart's public space! Discover what "Great Art" can do in urban spaces today. Be inspired by the wide range of concepts submitted and take an active part.

The exhibition presents the seven concepts as well as the winning concept selected by the jury. In summer 2024, the artists visited Stuttgart to capture current themes and moods. The exhibition uses multimedia to show how they perceived the city and developed initial ideas that ultimately led to the concepts on display. These show a wide range of art forms: Large-scale sculpture or digital art, participation & process or classical contemplation, short-term spectacle or permanent installation. The designs address numerous aspects of urban life and thus contribute to Stuttgart's urban history.

The mediator Lilian Contzen will guide you through the exhibition and provide exciting insights into the background of the designs. A participatory element invites visitors to join in.

The guided tour is open to all interested parties, registration is not required. Admission is free.
