Origami-Workshop – Faltkunst und Japanisch für Anfänger*innen

A workshop with Ayaka Yoshihara from the Impuls vhs & Bibliothek series in the Vaihingen district library.

In this unique course, the instructor combines origami art with the basics of the Japanese language and Japanese culture. In a creative environment, you will not only improve your dexterity, but also make your first attempts at speaking. For example, you will learn the names of the folded animals and do various conversation exercises such as introducing yourself. The instructor will gently guide you through each folding and language step so that you can feel and take away a piece of Japanese culture, both artistically and linguistically.
