When corona paralyzed the live business and money shortages and unexpected free time increased the release frenzy of German rappers, Prezident did the exact opposite of everyone else, as is so often the case, and made himself scarce for the time being. He went three years without a release, but that's enough: from the end of 2024, he has a few projects in the pipeline, the first of which is Rabatz, a collaboration with his two live DJs KB and Jefkoe, who produced and cut the whole thing. 35 minutes of straightforward post-boom bap sound, turntable action and the usual Prezi mix of shittalk, storytelling and introspection. In spring 2025, they will go on a small club tour - with the new material, old hits and a few old friends.
