We have the pleasure of welcoming Alexander Singer, the owner of Schinkenmanufaktur Singer. This owner-managed family business has a long tradition of producing excellent ham. Mr. Singer combines traditional craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technology to produce masterful products. During his visit to Weinmanufaktur Stuttgart, Mr. Singer will tell us a lot about the sensory tasting and production of his specially created hams. The combination of ham and wine manufactory promises a culinary journey full of enjoyment and entertainment! To make the experience even more complete, our wine presenter Jens Mönnich will present six wines specially matched to the ham varieties.
