The jazzopen has been an annual highlight in the event calendar for three decades. International stars of the music scene have been meeting here since 1994, creating a festival flair in a class of its own.
The jazzopen venues are spread throughout the city - from the large stage in front of a historic backdrop on Schlossplatz to the intimate atmosphere of the BIX Jazzclub. In addition, several open stages offer free concerts and allow everyone to experience the unique festival feeling.
The organiser and founder is Opus Festival-, Veranstaltungs- und Management GmbH.
