Sushi cooking course - the magic of Japanese cuisine at the Sonja Lenz cooking school in Stuttgart-Hedelfingen

It takes many years of training and experience before you can say that you are a perfect sushi master, but you don't need quite that long to learn the basic skills of sushi preparation in our sushi cooking course.

We will show you:
- Miso soup
- Nigiri sushi
- Maki, temaki and California maki sushi
- Gunkan sushi with vegetables, omelette, fish and seafood such as salmon, tuna, redfish, eel, mackerel, scallops, prawns, pulp and finally a nice piece of roasted meatWe have Japanese beer, wines or non-alcoholic drinks to go with it.
