Immerse yourself in over 1,000 years of Japanese tradition! Sushi masters Stephan Shao & Elisa Zhu, known from the Kikuya Japanese Restaurant, will introduce you to the art of sushi preparation. In 3 hours you will learn the basics of the art of sushi and roll your own rolls. Of course, it's not just for watching - the delicacies will also be eaten afterwards in a cosy atmosphere.

There will be a little surprise from our sushi master for dessert.
The w7 event location with a large dining table in the shop window and show kitchen directly on Wilhelmsplatz in Stuttgart-Mitte is reserved exclusively for you.

Cooking ingredients and utensils will be provided.

• Apron on loan
• Product knowledge and instruction on ingredients
• Special features and tricks of rice cooking
• Preparation of various types of sushi
• Joint tasting of the sushi made at the end of the course
• Non-alcoholic drinks, tea and sake (Japanese rice liquor)
