The variety of ballroom dances from the Mozart era to the 19th century is the topic that Martin Rösler, an experienced dance teacher and expert in dance history, will present to us: Polonaise, Anglaise, Allemande and Cotillon/Quadrille are the favorite dances of the Rococo period. Later, many variations of the polka, waltz and Rhinelander were added.
The evening offers the opportunity to get to know different dance steps and formations. Further dance evenings on the same theme are being planned.
Registration in pairs is not required. Comfortable dancewear and dance or light sports shoes are helpful.
