A trio without drums to set the beat and without the foundation of the bass, instead an intimate fusion of guitar, trombone and vocals.

This is "Tender" from Stuttgart. Sebastian Minet on guitar, Samuel Restle on trombone and Mareike Riegert on vocals.
Their repertoire is characterized by their love of the Great American Songbook and they take its pieces in a new, but also unusually familiar direction. In particular, the collaboration between pianist Fred Hersch and British singer Norma Winston has strongly influenced the trio's sound and style.

This band is something for everyone who appreciates minimalism and is open to a trio that seeks a balance between the conventional and the new.
