For fans and guitar gourmets worldwide, Tommy Emmanuel's status as a driving force on the contemporary six-string scene is unassailable - and rightly so, given the instrumental and compositional superlatives that the Australian has always offered on both studio albums and stages.

According to the legendary Eric Clapton, "the greatest guitarist I've ever seen", he has taken the acoustic sub-genre to a whole new level with his work, combining sophisticated craftsmanship with stylistically diverse original compositions as well as cover versions of a colorful array of role models (Beatles, etc.).

In 2024, Emmanuel will once again embark on a world tour - together with "Best of Tommysongs", an artistic assessment that is both a retrospective and music for the future. The program will include Tommy classics set in stone as well as one or two surprises and, last but not least, a preview of what Mr. Fingerstyle will have up his sleeve beyond 2024 ...
