TRiPKiD stands for "i don't give a fuck". The duo from southern Germany is the answer to American genrelessness à la MGK or Post Malone, the face of dystopian megalomania with a penchant for self-destruction. Between 21Pilots and BMTH, catchy synth-pop, pop-punk hooks, trap beats and pure distortion are finally translated into German without losing their international vibe. Harsh criticism of right-wing conservative politics & homophobia finds its outlet in explosive shows to the point of self-abandonment, with the entire world-weariness of a generation probably sticking to the wet floors of the clubs forever.
