In the course of every life, the question of right and wrong arises. What is good, what is bad? The decision is harder than you think. Because if you hit your grandmother with a rifle from 500 meters away, you are a good shot but not a good grandson. But if you miss badly, you're still not a good grandson just because you didn't hit your grandma well. As you can see, good and bad is complicated.

What is undoubtedly good all round is that we have a justice system that helps us here. With plausible paragraphs such as §57 StGB: "No one may be released from prison against their will". Or the groundbreaking Section 7 of the Hunting Act: "Hunting is not permitted in areas used for human habitation". Not forgetting all the blessed rulings such as the one from the Administrative Court of Munich: "If a police officer pinches his middle finger on the outside door to the toilet during working hours, this is an accident at work. It is not an accident at work if he jams his middle finger on the toilet door." And we are also grateful to the Federal Labor Court for its clarifying words: "A deceased employee is not entitled to leave."

Werner Koczwara's legal multi-part play "Am achten Tag schuf Gott den Rechtsanwalt" is not only a brilliant legal satire, but has also made cabaret history. More than 1200 performances in 15 years make it one of the most successful programs in German cabaret. "Einer flog übers Ordnungsamt" (One Flew Over the Public Order Office) now raises the bar. You can look forward to an evening of great humor, strong punchlines and cabaret depth.
