For the first time this winter, the Stuttgart Municipal Lapidarium is opening its doors in the evening hours for a special light installation. "Winter Lights in the Lapidarium" enchants visitors with a fascinating interplay of light and shadow that artistically sets the scene for stone sculptures and nature. With free admission, guests can explore the grounds on their own from Thursdays to Sundays between 5 and 8 p.m. - lanterns and flashlights are welcome, and some lanterns are also available to borrow. Experience the secret garden of the Lapidarium in an atmospheric winter setting.
The artistic light laboratory is the result of a collaboration between the Stuttgart light and media artists lichtgestalten, Simon Wallenda and Maximilian Luz and promises a unique experience in the Municipal Lapidarium.
Organizer's note: Warm clothing and sturdy shoes are recommended, as some of the paths are unpaved.
