Sometimes there are no options and sometimes there are too many.
Sometimes it's about banalities, such as the choice of movie or dinner, and sometimes it's about decisions that affect our entire life.

If we don't know how to solve a problem or change things, it often leads to sleepless nights and spinning thoughts. As a result, we quickly lose ourselves (or even an entire company) in actionism and try to find solutions and satisfaction in changing things: Some system will work!

Especially in these situations, it would be helpful to have a kind of inner compass that points you in the right direction and helps you make decisions. A compass that provides better orientation in life...
